GOING TO

Se utiliza para acciones que van a ocurrir pronto o para decir algún plan.

1.      Sujeto + (am, is, are) Verbo BE + GOING TO + Verbo en INFINITIVO + Complemento

Ejemplo:

- He is going to play football tonight.

- You are going to work tomorrow.


2.       Sujeto + (am, is, are) Verbo BE + Not GOING TO + Verbo en INFINITIVO + Complemento

Ejemplo:

- He is not going to play football tonight.

- You´re not going to work tomorrow.


3.      (am, is, are) Verbo BE + Sujeto + GOING TO + Verbo en INFINITIVO + Signo de interrogacíon

Ejemplo:

- Is he going to play football tonight?

- Are you going to work tomorrow? 

PRESENTE CONTINUO

El presente continuo se utiliza para señalar una acción que se está desarrollando en el momento.  Su estructura es la siguiente:

1.      Sujeto + (am, is, are) Verbo BE + Verbo con –ING + Complemento

Ejemplo:

- They are swimming in the pool now.

- She is studying at the moment.


2.       Sujeto + (am, is, are) Verbo BE + Not + Verbo con –ING + Complemento

Ejemplo:

- They aren´t swimming in the pool now.

- She´s not studying at the moment.


3.       (am, is, are) Verbo BE + Sujeto + Verbo con –ING + Signo de interrogacíon

Ejemplo:
- Are they swimming in the pool now?

- Is she studying at the moment?
